Weekend Wrap Up // 10.5 PopShop Market

Can't stop, won't stop smiling over how freaking awesome Saturday's PopShop Market was! Much love to my business Sistas, Ashley Kane and Kelly Scinto—couldn't imagine a better team to work with. Check out the article in Greenwich Time here

PopShop founders and curators rocking our Fall Faherty flannels.

Note: This is the gorgeous Faherty mobile beach house—not fun house—cue McMuffin escorting Trump straight to timeout.

Thank you to our incredible vendors, talented musicians, and supportive guests. And be sure to follow PopShop Market on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to learn where we'll be popping up next!

Weekend Wrap Up // Beached

We're back from a fantastic weekend visit with family out on Long Island, NY. It was the perfect blend of delicious food, family fun, and tons of beach action at both Indian Wells Beach and Three Mile Harbor Beach. A much different experience than my bachelorette party a few years back!

Happy Weekend.

The boys are absolutely hooked on paddle boarding (with Moi)—and this weekend we'll be joined by friends and their twin nieces—the Sound doesn't know what it's in for.

Have a great weekend people and be sure to save the date for the upcoming PopShop Market: August 18, 2013. The latest fab location was announced today on Fairfieldista! Head there for the scoop. To say we're excited would be an understatement.

Have a Nice Weekend.

I'd like to stress the NICE in having a nice weekend. Being nice goes a long way—just as being mean and using unkind words can hurt much deeper than you might intend. So although the weather may be crappy, or you've suffered a series of unfortunate events, try not to take those negative feelings out on other people. Here's to spreading sunshine!

Weekend Wrap Up // Souper Sunday

With an increasingly busy work week, I haven't been cooking as often as I'd like. So with the entire family on quarantine (nothing serious, just some March Madness) I thought it would be a good time to whip up some chicken soup and a salad. See below for the super easy, super green salad.

Weekend Wrap Up // City Slackers

We took Cash and Trump to the Intrepid Museum at Pier 86 this weekend. The ship is so massive, they didn't realize we were even on a boat—this made the airplanes, jets and submarine WAY more impressive!
Cash with McMuffin and Lolo on the sub.

 Don't rock the boat, baby.

 M*A*S*H
anyone? anyone?
Boys left me hanging during our photo op with the black jet... thanksssss.

Found our cousin and his fab girlfriend at Holey Cream (where donuts meet ice cream)
and took a stroll on a beautiful Spring day in New York.

 Best part of my day.
The whole damn fam on our old stoop. (Instagram-style—follow me here.)

Weekend Wrap Up // Celebration

A couple weeks back I shared some birthday invitations I designed, check out how the invitation set the tone for the event. Love it!

Super excited to have my sister back in town, and as promised, I totally dragged her around town. (Having come straight from two months in Asia, Lolo fit right in at the Shanghai 1930's-themed party.)

Weekend Wrap Up // Nemo

I grew up in Upstate New York—and I don't mean Westchester—so this weekend I was feeling right at home with the 35" we got in Fairfield, Connecticut.

We headed out Friday morning to The Pantry to stock up on storm snacks and pre-sledding hot cocoa.
Got our gear on.
And hit Sturges Hill with our sleds!
Nothing tastes better than post (insert winter activity here) snacks. Just ask Trump.
And when we woke up Saturday morning, the real snow had hit.
Time for snacks and champagne at the neighbor's house!
On Sunday morning I found a spinning class that was actually open
so I went out in this Winter Wonderland...
My little Lewis and Clark Expedition making their way down our street to the other neighbor's house.
Cheese.

Weekend Wrap Up // LAS to JFK

This past weekend was a blur of lights, yummy food, cocktails, and obviously dancing! Here's an Instagram crash course in what went down from New York to Vegas and back again.

Reading material for the next six hours.

 Ladies who lunch!

 And lunch.

 My new friend.

After a much shorter—4-hour—flight back to JFK...
There was dinner with Dyan (trainer to the stars) by her fabulous flat mates and off to Tillman's to catch up with my long lost partner in crime—Miss Fancy Nancy, the bride-to-be!

Weekend Wrap Up // City Pop-In

We made good on our promise to the boys and took them "to work with Daddy."

No fear from Trump as he marched through the city—and Mom, if you're reading this: yes, I tried to get him to wear his coat but he wasn't having it.

After a pit stop at McMuffin's office, we headed to the land of chaos... Times Square.

$30.00-worth of M&M's and two gleaming new Lightning McQueen cars later we grabbed lunch with Auntie Dy (Trainer to the Stars) and headed back home for wine to relax.

(Favorite new discovery—this gorg-y giant framed letterpress type set in the Time-Life Building. )
