What I'm Working on Wednesday: Party Invitations

I have a couple new invitation projects in the pipe line—a wedding invite and a surprise birthday invitation. I'm not far enough along to share yet so I thought I'd post on some of the most gorgeous celebratory cakes I think I've ever seen.

 

FACT: I do not like icing—but this could be a game changer.

If I was going to get married again (still to McMuffin—obvi) I'd have a beach wedding and this would be our cake. And this time I wouldn't be all "If you smoosh the cake in my face, and ruin my makeup... You. Will. Die."

I was obsessed with Sunprint paper when I was little. This would have been the perfect cake for my 11th birthday. I probably ended up with a cookie cake from the Great American Cookie Co. (which is pretty darn good too.)
