Rumor Has It.

I have inside information that the great minds—and chefs—that brought Valencia Luncheria to Norwalk (as well as Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives) are opening a Taco Bar in Fairfield. This is especially exciting since the space they're moving into is walking distance from my house (.68 miles to be exact).

At first, I thought it was too good to be true, but I saw this posted on the door last night:

 

Not sure how I feel about the logo. I need to see supporting materials like menus and website first.

I know their tacos will be spectacular but I really hope some of my favorites from Valencia will make their way to the specials menu—like the arepa and paella below.
